The Kari Traa Women's Malia Long Sleeve is a premium slim-fit base layer designed for active women who demand both performance and style. Crafted from a sophisticated blend of Merino wool and Tencel™ Lyocell, this long sleeve thermal delivers exceptional warmth, breathability, and moisture management — making it an ideal layering piece for skiing, hiking, or everyday cold-weather activity.

The main fabric combines 64% Lyocell-Tencel™ and 36% wool at a 210 gsm fabric weight, while the contrast fabric features an equal 50/50 split of wool and Tencel™ Lyocell. The fine 18.5-micron fibre thickness ensures a soft, non-itchy feel directly against the skin, while the jacquard knit construction adds a distinctive, stylish texture that sets it apart from standard base layers.

Sustainability is built into the design. The wool used meets the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certification (TE-00118857), sourced from farms that uphold strict animal welfare and land-management requirements. Tencel™ Lyocell is a sustainably derived fibre known for its smooth hand feel and efficient moisture-wicking properties, helping you stay dry and comfortable during high-output activities.

Smooth flatlock seams run throughout the garment to eliminate chafing, ensuring all-day comfort whether worn as a standalone piece or under additional layers. The slim fit allows for unrestricted movement without excess bulk beneath outerwear.
