Free Event | 1 Hour on the Water

Experience Little Traverse Bay like never before, under the stars. Join The Outfitter Harbor Springs for a magical evening paddle from the shores of Josephine Ford Park as the sun sets and the moon takes over.

Dates are scheduled around the nearest full moon each month.

Schedule (each date):

• 9:00 PM – Meet time
• 9:30 PM – On the water
• 10:30 PM – Return

Location: Josephine Ford Park, Harbor Springs, MI

Equipment: Bring your own boat, or use one of our rentals — free of charge either way.

Requirements

• Headlamp — Required (participants must bring their own)
• Life jacket — Required (provided free if needed)
• Participants must be comfortable paddling in low-light conditions

Weather / Cancellation Policy

• In the event of inclement weather, we will email or text all registered participants with cancellation or delay instructions.
• No message = the event is a GO.

Extra Recommendations (Optional)

• Bug spray and a light jacket for cooler evening temps
• Water bottle and dry bag for valuables
• Extra light source, whistle, or small first-aid kit
