Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Local Pick Up

All orders are available for local pick up at no charge.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced items within 14 days of purchase from retail locations, or within 14 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For all returns and exchanges:

• Items must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
• All original tags must be attached.
• You must present a valid receipt.

Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit only.

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at 231-526-2621 so we can make these changes immediately. If your order ships and the changes have not been made, please return the items unused for a full refund.
