The Outfitter Harbor Springs is proud to host the first annual Up North Paddle Swap — a community-driven event to buy and sell used paddle craft in time for summer paddling season!

Event Details

Event Date: Saturday, June 13, 2026

Event Time:  Saturday and Sunday 10 AM – 4 PM

Location: The Outfitter Harbor Springs

Drop-off Day: Friday, June 12, 2 PM – 7 PM

Who Can Participate: Anyone with used paddle gear — canoes, kayaks, and SUPs only

Selling Your Boat? Here's How It Works

1. Drop Off:
   Bring your used canoe, kayak, or stand-up paddleboard to The Outfitter on Friday, June 12 between 2–7 PM.

2. We Sell It For You:
   Our team will display and sell your boat during the event. You set the price, and we handle the rest.

3. Get Paid:
   If your boat sells, you choose your payment method (check or store credit). The Outfitter takes a 15% commission.

4. Unsold Items:
   Pick up your item by 3 PM on June 15. If not picked up, we’ll deliver it to the address on your intake form and charge a $100 delivery fee.
