At the core of the Firefall™ Bib is Mountain Hardwear's Dry.Q® 150D Textured Weave 2-layer waterproof fabric, a 100% Polyester shell that delivers reliable, breathable weather protection without weighing you down. A stretch woven panel at the upper back enhances freedom of movement and breathability, making it easier to push your performance on every run. The interior is lined with a smooth 20D Nylon Taffeta for comfortable wear throughout the day.
Mapped insulation is strategically placed to provide 60 g/m² of warmth at the seat and knees — the areas most exposed to cold, wet snow — without adding unnecessary bulk elsewhere. The traditional bib design features side zippers for easy entry and on-the-go ventilation, while reinforced 600D CORDURA® kickpatches extend around the entire bottom hem for long-lasting durability against ski edges and hard-packed snow.
Thoughtfully designed for the resort-ready rider, the Firefall™ Bib comes equipped with a generous array of pockets and technical details tailored to a day on the mountain. An internal snow gaiter and jacket-to-pant attachment loop help seal out the elements, while the bib weighs in at approximately 1 lb 7.6 oz (670 g) for a performance-oriented, carry-all-day fit.
